MS-access database design for a female nursing collegeI need database design for a BSc. nursing institute which is only for girls who are either of these categories only:(1) wards of defence personnal or (2) civillian students from north-east states including Sikkim. There are only 50 seats per admission of which 45 are for category(1). This course has 4 semesters of 1 year each. Each student, prior admission, needs to submit : (i) Rs.10,000.00/- as registration fees, which will be adjusted with the first semester fees (ii) academic refundable security deposit = Rs.10,000.00/- for category(1) and Rs.15,000.00/- for (2), (iii)hostel refundable security deposit = Rs.5,000.00/- for category(1) and Rs.7,500 for (2), One time admission fee = Rs.4,000.00/- for category(1) and Rs.5,000.00/- for (2). The academic annual fee for category(1) is Rs. 50,400.00/- and Rs.51,500.00/- for category(2). Hostel fee per annum for category(1) is Rs. 9,720.00/- and Rs.10,000.00/- for category(2). the fee can be paid in full or in three installments of Rs.16,800.00/- for category(1) and Rs. 17,166.00/- for category(2). monthly messing is Rs. 1,800.00/- and payment for first three months has to be made at the time of admission. Bus charges is Rs.500.00/- per month.
The database should include daily attendance of students and staff. Student, Staff and Library information are the main objectives to be stored. database needs to be updated every year as students get promoted or failed, staffs also change, new admissions takes. There are held three examination each year : 1st Term, 2nd Term and Annual term. The college is affilated to Guwahati university. The marks so obtained must be stored for each year. A stude3nt passes a semester only when she clears the Annual Examination. The academic year starts from middle of June. There are 9 subjects in 1st semester, 7 in 2nd, 7 in 3rd and 4 in 4th. A student clears the course after clearing all the subjects of all semester
