How can I disable(stop) Trend Micro OfficeScan without knowing the administrator password?

Open the OFCSCAN.INI file which is situated in the Trend Micro OfficeScan's installation directory:

C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan Client

and set new value to

Unload_Pwd=70

Then right-click on the Trend Micro OfficeScan's icon in the tray and click on 'Disable OfficeScan'. The wanted password is: 1
