How can I open Command Window (cmd) in selected in Windows Explorer folder with right-mouse click?

Go to

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

and download and install:

Open Command Window Here (CmdHere.exe)
