i have a text file that i want to import into my data base ,how can i do this.

in my teaxt file there is a list of time zone..that i want to import in a table of sql server database..how is it possible.

In order to answer this question I need type and version of your database. Are you familiar of any programming language(example : java), sometimes it is easy to write import script of your own? Please add additional info to the question. Give one row from your file as sample to know what is the format of imported data. Give structure for the table in which you want to import.
